Dadaba Real Estate

Net Zero Agenda

We’ve spent years pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with innovative, sustainable buildings. Still, 39% of global emissions come from buildings and construction, making it clear that the real estate industry needs a complete revolution. Not in 2050. But today. we proudly declare our commitment to achieving Net Zero. This is not merely a corporate initiative; it is a pledge that extends to every single building we undertake, both in development and redevelopment, moving forward. Our dedication to Net Zero signifies a comprehensive strategy to mitigate our environmental impact. It involves a holistic approach encompassing energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, and sustainable construction practices. By embracing Net Zero, we are actively contributing to the global effort to combat climate change.

The Road to Carbon Zero

In the wake of the Paris Agreement, numerous entities encounter difficulties in navigating the shift towards a zero-carbon world. Given that the built environment contributes to 39% of CO2 emissions, it is evident that buildings must present significant sustainable solutions.

Sustainability

Our journey to going Net Zero

As part of Edge, we are committed to our Pledge to be Net-Zero by 2050. By 2050, our company and all its products will emit zero carbon emissions. We believe in this goal and will work hard to achieve it. By 2030 we will have reached our first goal of reducing our carbon footprint by 50%, mainly by reducing emissions and partly by compensation. For Dadaba Real Estate, we hold ourselves accountable and challenge our community to join us in our sustainable journey. Our first goal is to reduce our employee emissions and use renewable energy in our sites. More on the Pledge and our General Statement can be found below.
